Getting to know the West family Business:

My husband (Melbn West) and I (Sarah West) moved to Southwest Florida about 5 1/2 years ago. My husband retired from the United States Postal Service after being dedicated for 31 years. As for myself, I have been in the medical field for 15+ years, starting with Psychology and moving to more hands on, with obtaining my CNA.

We are dedicated to helping others be at peace with knowing their loved one will have someone to advocate and stay on top of the smaller concerns, while the professionals and families focus on the medical needs of the patient, we want to be a helping hand in the path of your recovery.

After moving to Florida and with the experiences I had up North I’ve observed many overworked professionals and stressed families and patients. This to me made me realize that there needed to be a solution to raise the percentage of patients falling through the cracks and ending back at the beginning of their health issues.

At that moment my husband and I discussed being that bridge to help relieve some of the obstacles and stress so families, patients and the professionals can focus on the main problems, and getting their patients on that path to a good stable quality of life, with not having the burden of making appointments, ordering equipment, worrying about transportation and anything else that needs to be taken care of to help the progression of the patient, and just focusing on their medical.
